Mr. Clarence Chen - Chief Executive Officer, President of ROI

Clarence Chen is the CEO and President of ROI. Prior to founding ROI, Mr. Chen served as Senior Project Manager to multiple U.S. outsourcing projects for over 7 years. While managing the development, maintenance and quality control of mission-critical financial and medical management software for his clients, including those such as Prudential Financial, he has earned both respect and recognition via the satisfactoin of his customers. Mr. Chen brings his insight and team leadership skills to ROI, continuing the growth of the company as one of the leading IT outsourcing firms in China. Clarence graduated from GDUT with an engineering degree.

Mr. Peng Yang - Vice President of Software Engineering

Mr. Yang has over 10 years of experience in Information Technology and is currently the V.P. of Software Engineering of ROI. Mr. Yang is reknowned as a J2EE solution expert and has extensive experience working in various industries, from Enterprise solutions to Medical solutions. With his abundant knowledge and skill, he has led the ROI technical teams to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Mr. Yang graduated from the SCUT with a Masters in Engineering.

Mr. Zachary Smith - Vice President of Business Relations

Mr. Smith has over 7 years of technology management and business expertise. Mr. Smith co-founded MerchantPlus, a New York-based provider of transaction technologies for the payment industry. In addition, Mr. Smith services as Executive Vice President of Voxel dot Net, Inc., one of the world's leading providers of high availability hosting and internet data solutions. In addition to his online transaction technology experience, Mr. Smith has worked in both the telecom and investment banking industries, forging paths in sales and financial services.

Mr. Smith is a graduate of the Juilliard School in New York City, where he studied double bass.

Ms. Linda Liu - Vice President of Enterprise Solutions

Ms. Liu has years of experience in all facets of Information Technology. Based in Australia, Ms. Liu is an expert in the Microsoft office suite (SharePoint Portal, Project Server and Content Management Server) and .NET technologies. She has designed enterprise solutions and architectures for many blue chip companies within Australia, including such clients as Stryker (Australia) Ltd http://www.stryker.com.au), AAPT, Blake Dawson Waldron lawyers (http://www.bdw.com.au/), as well as Federal and State government departments. Mr. Liu also has special experience in system analysis and business process improvement.

Linda awarded Microsoft certified Technology Specialist for Office SharePoint Server 2007 recently.

Ms. Liu holds a Graduate of Information Technology (Specialization in Web technology) from Macquare University Sydney Australia.

Mr. Jacky Y. Huang - Vice President of Customer Relations

Mr. Huang has over 5 years of experience in computer programming and information technology. Mr. Huang is an expert in database and web programming proven solid organizational skills and time management skills to balance multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines and handle high-stress situations in a fast-pace environment. Alone with SQL database and server side script programming, Mr. Huang is also familiar with e-Commerce and network security technologies. Mr. Huang has participated in various computer engineering design projects and software design projects, in which he has shown excellent problem solving skills with strong engineering ethics. Mr. Huang also has strong experience in technical support with customers, with his outstanding communication skills and enjoys working in a team environment.

Mr. Huang graduated from University of Ottawa, Canada, with a Bachelo's Degree in Computer Engineering with Management and Entrepreneurship Option.
